Order Intake & Custom Filter Design
- The workflow triggers upon receiving a customer order.
- The system evaluates: Is Design Required? If the industrial application requires bespoke specifications, it is routed for "Design to Requirement." Once approved, or if no design is needed, it proceeds to material planning.
Precision Procurement & Incoming Inspection
- The system automatically checks the inventory for required RM/PM based on the specific filter's Bill of Materials.
- If Unavailable: An automated Purchase process begins. Upon receipt, sensitive raw materials undergo mandatory Inspection/Analysis. Approved materials are stocked, while failed materials are flagged to "Reject to Supplier."
- If Available: The system validates the stock and generates the Production Work Order.
Production Readiness & Resource Allocation
- Before chemical processing or filter assembly begins, the system enforces a "Check Machine/Equipment Accessibility and Condition" protocol to ensure operational safety and precision.
- Simultaneously, the store issues the verified materials to production, finalizing the Production Planning phase.
Advanced Manufacturing & Stage-Wise QC
- The core Manufacturing Process initiates with built-in "In-process Q/C Checks" at each critical stage of the filter's development.
- Only components that pass these stringent stage-wise checks are allowed to advance into a Finished Product.
Final QA, Custom Packing & Dispatch
- The final molecular filter undergoes a rigorous Q/C Check.
- Not Approved: An automated "Hold Sticker" protocol is applied, keeping the defective unit aside for analysis.
- Approved: Goods are packed exactly to the customer's industrial requirements. A final Dispatch Q/C ensures the correct application of stickers and documentation before final transport, ensuring audit-ready delivery.
