Front-End E-Commerce & Interactive 3D Quoting

Developed a dynamic, user-friendly web portal handling complex product variants (dimensions, materials, colors).
Interactive 3D Viewer & Drag-and-Drop Quoting: Engineered a specialized upload portal where customers can drag and drop custom 3D CAD files (.stl, .obj, .step). Users can interactively rotate and inspect their designs in a 3D space directly on the browser, triggering instant manufacturing requests.

Custom Engineering & Query Resolution Engine (QRE)

Engineering Dashboard: All web orders and CAD uploads route directly to a custom backend application bridging Sales and Production. Engineers conduct feasibility and blueprint analyses (e.g., tagging as "Feasible with Modification") before authorizing quotes based on machine time and material.
Query Resolution Engine (QRE): Deployed a proprietary module to standardize technical communication. If discrepancies arise, engineers trigger predefined query templates to the customer. The system captures customer approvals or file re-uploads automatically, ensuring the production line never stalls due to miscommunication.

Advanced Manufacturing (MRP) & Dynamic Routing

Configured complex, multi-level Bill of Materials (BOMs) managing 15+ individual components and raw materials per Manufacturing Order (MO).
Successfully mapped and integrated 57 highly specialized work centers. Implemented dynamic routing protocols where a single product's journey is tracked across multiple work centers, capturing precise setup times, machine capacities, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

PLM, Quality, and Preventative Maintenance

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): Embedded strict version controls to seamlessly manage ECOs for complex assemblies.
Quality & Assets: Embedded rigid Quality Control (QC) Points at critical routing stages to guarantee dimensional accuracy. Deployed the Maintenance module for preventive and corrective upkeep of the 57 work centers, ensuring zero unplanned downtime.
