The Proposed Solution & Process Workflow

CandidRoot engineered a unified ERP ecosystem designed to handle the high-speed, high-volume nature of beverage manufacturing, ensuring seamless data flow from initial CRM lead to final dispatch.

B2B CRM & White-Label Order Routing

The CRM captures diverse leads (Distributors, Institutional Buyers, Private Labels).
For White-Label clients, the system captures exact specifications: Bottle Size (200ML to 2L), custom label designs, and mineral composition.
Upon NDA and sample approval, separate SKUs and custom Bills of Materials (BoMs) are automatically generated for the contract manufacturing order.

Automated Procurement & Incoming QC

Purchase requisitions are triggered for PET preforms, caps, labels, shrink wraps, and water treatment chemicals.
Mandatory Incoming QC is enforced: Preforms undergo weight and material strength checks; caps undergo leakage tests; chemicals undergo purity verification. Approved materials are assigned specific Lot/Batch numbers for strict tracking.

Dual-Stage Manufacturing & In-Process QC

Process A (Water Purification): Raw water passes through Sand/Carbon filtration, RO, UV, and Ozonation. Continuous QC checks monitor TDS, pH, and microbiological levels, generating a certified Purified Water Batch.
Process B (PET Blow Molding): Simultaneously, preforms are heated and blown into bottles. QC verifies shape accuracy and thickness.
Both processes are linked via Manufacturing Orders, capturing the exact machine, operator, and production time.

High-Speed Filling, Custom Labeling & Packaging

Bottles are air-rinsed, filled from the specific Water Batch, and capped.
The system routes the batch to labeling. For White-Label orders, customer-specific brand labels, barcodes, and MRPs are applied.
Secondary packaging automatically configures cartons based on size (e.g., 48-pack for 200ML, 6-pack for 2L). Cartons are palletized and stretch-wrapped with serialized carton batch labels.

FEFO Warehousing & Dispatch Logistics

Finished goods are stored using a strict FEFO (First Expiry First Out) putaway and picking strategy.
Dispatch planning allocates batches based on FEFO. The system generates Pick Lists, Delivery Challans, to ensure on-time delivery.

Advanced System Integrations

Recall Management & Total Traceability

CandidRoot implemented a forward-and-backward traceability engine. In the event of a quality issue, Ananta Aqua can instantly trace an invoice back to the specific raw material batch, the water treatment batch, and the exact blow molding machine used.

Preventative Maintenance (TPM)

The Maintenance module actively tracks machine hours for the RO Plant, Blow Molding, and Filling machines, triggering preventative schedules to minimize breakdowns and track spare part costs.

Granular Accounting & Costing

The accounting engine calculates exact production costs (Raw Material + Water Treatment + Electricity + Labor) to provide real-time profit margin analysis, split seamlessly between Own Brand sales and White-Label customer profitability.
