- Dynamic Component Selection: The rep selects the necessary hardware (Inverter, Batteries, AC Wire, Earthing Kits). With a single click, all mapped components and calculated estimates are converted into a formal Sales Order and Quotation.
Project Execution & Fulfillment
- Automated Logistics: Confirming the Sales Order automatically generates a Delivery Challan for dispatching the hardware to the customer's location.
- Installation Project Tracking: A dedicated Project is instantly created, assigning installation tasks to the technical team to manage the physical deployment of the panels.
IoT Inverter Telemetry & Proactive Helpdesk
- Live Data Sync : Post-installation, the customer's physical Inverter is mapped in the system. Using API integration, Odoo fetches real-time telemetry data (Current Power, Daily Yield, Total Yield, Grid Voltage).
- Automated Proactive Support : The system constantly monitors the data feed for manufacturer 'Alarm Codes'. If an error (e.g., Alarm Code 1) is detected, Odoo instantly auto-generates a Support Ticket. The technical team can dispatch a technician or contact the customer to resolve the fault before the customer even realizes their power generation has dropped.
