- MTS Flow: The Planning module utilizes demand forecasting and min-max safety stock levels to automatically trigger batch production orders for standard bearings.
- Procurement workflows manage vendor RFQs for specialized raw materials (Ceramic balls, Brass cages, Bearing steel) followed by strict Incoming QC.
Multi-Plant Manufacturing & Subcontracting
- Production orders follow a complex routing map across different work centers: Forging ➔ CNC Turning ➔ Subcontracted Heat Treatment ➔ Super Finishing ➔ Assembly ➔ Laser Marking.
- The system manages the dispatch and receipt of materials to external vendors for processes like specialized coating and heat treatment.
Advanced IPQC & CAPA Workflows
- The "Quality" module enforces IPQC checkpoints at every machine center (e.g., Runout testing, Hardness testing, Noise level parameters).
- If a batch fails QC, the system automatically generates a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and triggers the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) protocol, requiring root cause analysis and rework approval before the batch can re-enter production.
Intelligent Warehouse & Dispatch Routing
- Finished goods are routed based on their origin. MTS items utilize FIFO/FEFO putaway strategies with bin allocation. MTO items are immediately reserved for the specific customer and put on Final QC Hold.
- Dispatch QC mandates a final review of rust protection, label validation, and the generation of compliance Test Certificates before shipment planning.
After-Sales & Warranty Tracking
- Post-delivery, the system handles customer complaints via failure analysis. Complete heat number and lot traceability allows KMP Bearings to validate warranties and issue replacements or credit notes efficiently.
