Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to hold meaningful client conversations
  • Experience bidding on freelance portals such as Upwork and similar platforms
  • Proven ability to generate leads across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate high-quality leads with genuine potential, rather than simply mining raw contact data
  • Bid on and secure projects through Upwork and other bidding portals
  • Develop a clear understanding of our offerings so you can represent them accurately and confidently
  • Manage initial client communication and nurture early-stage relationships
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members and management to refine your approach
  • Stay informed on relevant technology and marketing trends to strengthen outreach
