Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry
- Good command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to hold meaningful client conversations
- Experience bidding on freelance portals such as Upwork and similar platforms
- Proven ability to generate leads across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate high-quality leads with genuine potential, rather than simply mining raw contact data
- Bid on and secure projects through Upwork and other bidding portals
- Develop a clear understanding of our offerings so you can represent them accurately and confidently
- Manage initial client communication and nurture early-stage relationships
- Collaborate closely with senior team members and management to refine your approach
- Stay informed on relevant technology and marketing trends to strengthen outreach
