- The core chemical production operation begins. During the mixing process, an essential In-Process Quality Check is performed.
- Parameter Check: If the chemical properties (e.g., pH, viscosity) fall outside expected ranges, the system allows for a documented "Formulation Adjustment." Required materials are added to the active batch, and a secondary QC is performed.
- The batch only advances once it perfectly aligns with the expected parameter ranges.
Bottling, Traceability, and Packaging
- Approved liquid batches are routed to the Packaging Department.
- The system assigns unique Batch Tracking Numbers and Expiry Dates as the liquid is filled into the designated bottles.
- Bottles are labeled (client-specific or in-house) and packed into custom cartons.
Final Dispatch
- Packed and palletized cartons undergo a final outward scan before being dispatched to the B2B clients or transferred to the internal finished goods warehouse.
