They operate on a hybrid model: maintaining a stock of standard finished goods while also highly customizing dyes based on specific client requirements. They required a unified system to manage their entire lifecycle from capturing inquiries on platforms like IndiaMART to managing iterative lab samples, batch manufacturing, rigorous quality control, and international container shipments.

Complex Lead & Sample Tracking
Leads generated from IndiaMART and other channels required a back-and-forth sampling process. Tracking customer feedback and managing custom sample manufacturing manually led to delays and lost data.
Dynamic Procurement & Shortages
Initiating manufacturing orders frequently revealed raw material shortages, causing production bottlenecks if purchase orders weren't raised immediately.
Strict Lab Parameters & Rework Loops
Food dyes require exact chemical parameters. If a batch failed lab tests during production, routing it back for "rework" was chaotic and difficult to track.
Cross-Contamination Risks
Transferring newly produced batches into existing storage tanks risked mixture contamination with previous batches, necessitating strict validation at the transfer stage.

CandidRoot deployed a fully integrated ERP architecture utilizing CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory,
Manufacturing, and Quality modules to automate SprayTech's entire supply chain.
CRM Integration & Iterative Sampling
- Inquiries from IndiaMART and other platforms flow directly into the CRM. Sales teams connect with prospects and initiate the Sampling Process.
- A custom sample is manufactured and sent. Based on customer feedback, the process iterates triggering minor rework manufacturing loops until the customer approves the exact dye parameters.
- Upon approval, a formal Sales Order (SO) is generated.
Automated Procurement & Incoming QC
- The SO automatically triggers a Manufacturing Order (MO). The system checks Raw Material (RM) inventory.
- If short: The system automatically drafts Purchase Orders (POs) for vendors.
- Upon RM receipt, it undergoes strict Quality Control (QC). Approved materials are moved to the warehouse and subsequently issued to the production floor.
Batch Production & Lab Parameter QA
- The manufacturing process begins. During production, samples are extracted from the active batch and sent to the Lab.
- The Lab checks specific chemical/color parameters.
- If parameters do not match: The system triggers an automated Rework Routing, repeating the adjustment process until the batch perfectly meets the required specifications.
Safe Tank Transfer & Secondary QC
- Once a batch passes lab testing, it is scheduled for transfer to the main storage tanks.
- A mandatory QC gate is enforced during the transfer phase to ensure that mixing the new batch with the existing tank residue does not compromise the overall quality of the stored dye.
Packaging, Final QC & Export Shipment
- The finished dye is packed from the storage tanks.
- A final Delivery QC check is performed before the product leaves the facility.
- For international clients, the system seamlessly transitions into Export Management, handling container allocation, shipment tracking, and final delivery documentation.
