Omnichannel CRM & Intelligent Lead Routing

  • All customer inquiries (Walk-ins, Website, WhatsApp, Social Media) flow directly into a centralized CRM, maintaining strict lead source tracking.
  • The system automatically assigns leads to specific salespersons based on defined rules (Region, Product Category, or Existing Customer Relationship).
  • Sales reps use the system to log all follow-up activities (calls, meetings, WhatsApp), tracking the conversion probability and planning next action dates.

Smart Quoting & Inventory Automation

  • When generating a quotation, sales reps have real-time access to stock levels, pricing, and discount eligibilities.
  • Approval Matrix: If a requested discount exceeds the salesperson's authorized limit, an automated approval request is routed to the Sales Manager.
  • Upon customer approval, the Sales Order (SO) is confirmed. If stock is unavailable, the system automatically initiates a Purchase Request or an internal Multi-Store Warehouse Transfer.

Streamlined Fulfillment & Billing

  • The warehouse team receives an automated picking and packing alert, generating the Delivery Challan for dispatch.
  • Invoices are automatically generated from the SO, and partial or full customer payments are tracked accurately by the accounting module.

Advanced Commission Engine & Performance Tracking

  • Dynamic Commission Calculation: A custom commission engine was deployed. Once payment is received, commissions are calculated in real-time based on complex logic (Sales amount, Profit margins, Slab-based targets, and specific Product-wise incentives).
  • Managerial Review & Payout: Managers review the auto-generated commission reports. Approved payouts are pushed directly to Accounting/Payroll, and salespersons receive digital incentive slips.
  • Target vs. Achievement Dashboards: Management utilizes live dashboards to track individual and team-wise performance, conversion ratios, and region-wise revenue.

  • Field Sales App: Salespersons utilize a mobile interface with GPS tracking and barcode scanning to update visit statuses and verify products on the go.
  • Helpdesk Integration: An After-Sales module tracks warranty support, product replacements, and complaint handling, ensuring long-term customer retention and loyalty point management.
