Odoo Project Manager/Team Lead

Job Title: Odoo Project Manager (On-site Position)

Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced Odoo Project Manager to handle multiple ERP projects, lead teams, and ensure successful delivery. The candidate must have strong functional and technical expertise in Odoo along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple Odoo projects end-to-end

• Lead and coordinate teams (developers & functional consultants)

• Gather client requirements and provide solutions

• Ensure timely delivery and quality implementation

• Handle client communication and project updates

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

• Strong functional knowledge of Odoo modules

• Deep technical knowledge of Odoo (Backend and Frontend)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Python & PostgreSQL

• Experience with Project Manager
