After enabling the 'Hide Action Menus' module, you can customize and restrict access to action menus for specific user groups.

Enable the 'Hide Action Menus(Print/Action)' group for users to hide specific action menus.

The user won't see the Action menus because they are not allowed to access or view the Action/Print menus.
Sales -> Select records
You can not see Action menus as the user is not allowed to see Action/Print menus.
