Configuration
Install SMS Marketing app from Odoo Apps
You can see records of sent links from Link Tracker.
Go to SMS Marketing → Configuration → Click on Link Tracker button to see history of sent links through SMS Marketing Module.
Once You create an SMS Marketing Campaign, You can select options when your campaign will be delivered.
Put In Queue : The mailing list will be generated but it will send automatically once the next scheduler runs.
Send Now : You can quickly send the message. This kind of option is used at the same time and there are not many recipients.
Schedule : By this you can set Day and time to send SMS
Test : You can send SMS for Testing of campaign
Once you click on the Put In Queue button, You can check the analytics of the SMS Campaign like how many people Received, Opened, Clicked, Bounced, Quotations, Invoice and Revenue generated from Campaign.
Visualise Reports For SMS Marketing
You can do analysis of SMS Campaign and visualise reports from SMS Marketing App.
Go to SMS Marketing App → Click on Reporting to analyse reports of the SMS mailing with the facility of filters to get in depth analysis.
Create Contact List
The Odoo SMS Marketing module allows you to create & import SMS contacts to send bulk messages. Once you have created contacts in the SMS Marketing module, You send messages to a Single contact, multiple contacts or Send bulk messages in one click which is a time saving method to send it one click rather than sending manually one by one.
Go to SMS Marketing Module → Contacts List → Click on the Create button.
Create Blacklist
Blacklists are a list of phone numbers for which no marketing message should reach the number while sending a broadcast message. You can create multiple blacklists for a specific need. I.e You can create a blacklist to exclude end users who have opted out for marketing messages or you can create people to whom you want to exclude from the campaign.
Go to SMS Marketing Module → Configuration → Blacklist and click on the Create button.
