Odoo 14 is available in Two versions, Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise
Odoo 14 Community : It is an OpenSource version which is available for Free of cost and there is no License cost involved in it and it is with limited functionality but it is useful to manage your business objectives
Odoo 14 Enterprise : It is a Paid/Licensed version which includes features of Odoo Community Version plus some additional features which can be used to manage business objectives.

General Features :
General features like Unlimited Functional Support, Upgrade to newer version, Better Hosting Facility, Unlimited bug fixing which are applicable for Odoo 14 Enterprise version but it is not applicable for Odoo 14 Community version.
User Interface
Odoo 14 Community version is applicable only for Desktop version while Odoo 14 Enterprise edition is accessible for Desktop and Mobile.
Odoo Studio
Using the Odoo studio module, Users can easily customize views by few clicks. By Using Odoo 14 Enterprise Studio Module, Users can easily Edit Menu, Design Report, Customization in Screen and Creation of Module. This is only available for Odoo 14 Enterprise but not for Community edition.
Sales Management
In both Community and Enterprise versions of Odoo 14 has the sales-related module and customer portal. But Enterprise users have some additional features like Digital Products, HelpDesk, Subscription, VoiP Integration etc.
