Odoo 13 is available in Two versions,
Odoo Community : It is an OpenSource version which is available for Free of cost.
Odoo Enterprise : It is a licensed version which includes paid version, It includes features of Odoo community version plus some additional functionalities.

General Features :
General features like Unlimited Functional Support, Upgrade to newer version, Hosting Facility, Unlimited bug fixing which are applicable for Odoo 13 Enterprise version but it is not applicable for Odoo 13 Community version.
User Interface
Odoo 13 Enterprise edition accessible for Desktop and Mobile while community is accessible only in Desktop.
Odoo Studio
Using the Odoo studio module it is easy to Edit Menu, Design Report, Customization in Screen and Creation of Module so it is easy to customize the system within a few minutes. This is only available for Odoo 13 Enterprise but not for Community edition.
